I will never see the SuperBowl or any other major event the same and will be praying like never before...so yes, I'm thankful I read that gut wrenching article that left me feeling like I'd been kicked in the stomach.

The next song was "lean on me, when you're not strong and I'll be your friend, I'll help you carry on..." so I prayed for a bunch of my friends...then I fell asleep. When I woke up another song was playing that reminded me of some friendships from the past that have completely disintegrated so I prayed for those situations as well. It was a really good time of lifting my requests before God. I know he heard me above all the clanging and music! :)
